This page explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for Tranzlate Travel.
Payments for Android subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play. Tranzlate Travel does not collect or store your full payment card details.
Tranzlate Travel may offer free features and optional Pro features. Pro access unlocks premium tools, advanced features, or limits that are not available to free users.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Google Play account may be charged within 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If you cancel, you can usually continue using Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will return to the free version unless you resubscribe.
Refund requests for Android purchases are handled by Google Play according to Google Play refund policies. Tranzlate Travel cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Google Play.
If subscription pricing changes, you will be notified where required before the change applies. You may need to accept certain price changes to continue your subscription.
Pro access is linked to the app account and store account used to purchase the subscription. Make sure you are signed into the correct Tranzlate Travel account and Google Play account when subscribing or restoring access.
If a payment fails or your subscription cannot renew, Pro access may be paused or removed until the billing issue is resolved through Google Play.
