This page explains how you can delete your Tranzlate Travel account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Tranzlate Travel account directly inside the app:

  • Open Tranzlate Travel
  • Go to the Profile tab
  • Open Settings
  • Scroll down to Delete Account
  • Follow the verification steps to confirm deletion

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

After you verify and confirm account deletion, your Tranzlate Travel account is deleted immediately from our active app systems.

We no longer retain your account profile information after deletion.

Data Deleted From Our Active Systems

  • Account information such as name, email, profile photo, and date of birth
  • Profile details such as country, language, bio, and optional profile information
  • Trip data, itineraries, saved places, budgets, and expenses
  • Posts, uploaded photos, messages, and user-generated content linked to your account
  • Device tokens used for push notifications
  • App preferences and account-related settings

Backup and Provider Records

Tranzlate Travel does not keep your account information after deletion from our active systems.

Some limited technical records may temporarily remain in secure backups, logs, crash reports, analytics systems, or infrastructure managed by our service providers, such as Firebase or Google services.

These records are not used to recreate your account and are retained only for security, legal, debugging, or operational reasons where applicable.

Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account

You may be able to delete certain content directly inside the app, such as posts, trips, saved items, or other user-created content.

If you need help removing specific data without deleting your account, contact us at support@tranzlatetravel.com.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Deleting your Tranzlate Travel account does not automatically cancel any active subscription managed by Google Play or the App Store.

You must cancel active subscriptions through your store account settings.
